Flexible start windows
Let candidates start across a window with the same time limit, set one deadline for everyone, or run without a clock.
Technology by IFSET
Build the paper, control who sits it and when, monitor attempts live, and let Oly handle marking and per-question analysis. Candidates join with a link or code and never need an account.
Why we built it
A national competition needs more than good questions. Every student needs a fair start, a dependable clock, a way back in after an interrupted connection, and a result the organiser can understand.
IFSET built Oly for the national olympiads it runs in Sri Lanka, including SLEFO and SLAIO. The same platform is available to other organisers who need to run serious online testing without building the infrastructure themselves.
No account. Just a link or code.
Open the link your organiser sends, or enter the test code on Oly. Answers save as you work, and an interrupted attempt resumes where it stopped.
For organisers
From the first imported question to the final results export, Oly keeps the competition in one place.
Let candidates start across a window with the same time limit, set one deadline for everyone, or run without a clock.
Finish times are enforced by the server and survive refreshes, device changes and incorrect system clocks.
Use multiple choice, multiple response, true or false, short answer, numeric, matching and hand-graded essays.
Share an open link, use one passcode, or issue personal codes, then follow attempts and time remaining live.
Auto-mark objective questions, grade essays against rubrics, inspect difficulty and skip rates, and export results to CSV.
Answers save as candidates type, interrupted attempts resume where they stopped, and every screen works on mobile.
Paper builder
Mix automatically marked questions with essays that remain in the marking queue beside their rubric.
